I got the Lobster Rav (Freshly made lobster ravioli with a sweet cognac tarragon cream sauce with sundried tomatoes and crumbled pine nuts),
This blog is to serve as a record of my quest to visit every single town/city in Massachusetts and determine what are the great places to see/restaurants to eat at. Feel free to give me feedback on places that I might have missed out on, especially the great restaurants since I can only eat 3 times a day.

November 18th 2014: Dinner at Flip Flops Bar and Grille, Holden
Today after work, I decided to go get dinner from Flip Flops Bar and Grille, a bar restaurant in Holden.
I got the Lobster Rav (Freshly made lobster ravioli with a sweet cognac tarragon cream sauce with sundried tomatoes and crumbled pine nuts),
I wasn't expecting it, but the ravioli was actually really good, especially with the sauce and the sundried tomatoes. Glad I decided to stop here this spite the jam on the road outside.
