I visited the Historical Society in West Boylston today.
Not much set up though, and mostly associated with the Old Stone Church in town.
This blog is to serve as a record of my quest to visit every single town/city in Massachusetts and determine what are the great places to see/restaurants to eat at. Feel free to give me feedback on places that I might have missed out on, especially the great restaurants since I can only eat 3 times a day.

August 28th 2018: Checking out the Historical Society in Sterling
After checking out the Conant Public Library in Sterling,
I went to check out the Historical Society nearby,
finding out the town used to be a big maker of chairs, at an even earlier time than Gardner.
From here I went nearby to the Sterling Deli and Chinese Takeout, which is interesting being a grocery store that sells Chinese food as well. I got the General Gau's Chicken, the Egg Roll and the Pork Fried Rice.
The rice was bland with spikes of salty areas, while egg roll was soggy, and th chicken was way too intense.

August 25th 2018: Breakfast at Ogawa Coffee, Boston
We decided to have breakfast at Ogawa Coffee in Boston this morning, getting the Avocado Toast (A whole avocado piled on large slice of toast with a sweet chili mayo spread. Topped with a drizzle of mayonnaise and sesame seeds. Paired with a small salad.)
and the Houjicha Cake Roll (roasted green tea version of cake roll served with coffee jelly, strawberries and ice cream with a mocha and raspberry drizzle sauce).
The toast was delicious with the chilli sauce, while the cake was just the right level of sweetness.
For lunch, my other half got the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Sandwich from Panera Bread in Shrewsbury,
while I got a Meatball Sub from Weepin' Willie's, a grocery deli nearby.
the Panera sandwich was not bad, although the sub was nothing special.

August 24th 2018: To Kimball Farm, Westford and Back
I started out this morning in Boxford,
going on a hike at the Bald Hill Conservation Area, where the rough path I took to try to get to the top of Bald Hill is shown below in pink.
The Crooked Pond area was so flooded and there were so many side trails that I got hopelessly lost, even with the help of my GPS tracking system.
In the end, I had to go the long way around to get to the the Bald Hill area, but even then the paths here was so overgrown that I had to give up on locating the supposed view here. Hopefully, the Middleton and North Andover portions of the area will yield better views.
As a result, I had no more time to sightsee, heading to Kimball Farm in Westford for a company event.
After leaving Westford, my arms sore from golfing, I decided to head to Haverhill to do some sightseeing,
sighting some of the Soles of Haverhill,
visiting the G.A.R. Park,
the Haverhill Riverfront Boardwalk at 46 Merrimack Street,
and the Buttonwoods Museum.
From here, I headed into the town of Groveland for the first time,
visiting Elm Park at Elm Park and Grove Street
then on to the town of Georgetown,
before finally going on a hike at the Arthur Ewell Reservation in Rowley. The path I took here is shown below in pink.
Only okay views of Upper Mill Pond from the supposed viewpoint though.
With that, I called it a day and headed for home, satisfied with my productive day of visiting 3 new towns.
