For lunch today, we decided to check out Xi'an Street Foods in the Allston area of Boston. This place is actually a branch of the famous restaurants in New York City, the owner of which I actually know personally,
We got the combo meal consisting of the Mount Qi Minced Pork Noodle Soup,
the Pork Stew Rougamo
and the Fresh Soybean Drink.
Delicious, especially the sour soup for the noodles and the crispness of the bun.
For dessert, we headed to Brookline, getting a Matcha Roll
and the Lavender Milk Tea from Gen Sou En Tea House.
A tad too much lavender flavor in the bubble tea, although the cake was not bad. Glad I finally got to try my friend's place though.
This blog is to serve as a record of my quest to visit every single town/city in Massachusetts and determine what are the great places to see/restaurants to eat at. Feel free to give me feedback on places that I might have missed out on, especially the great restaurants since I can only eat 3 times a day.
