along with a Hot Chocolate.
Not bad, but nothing amazing.
I had to work late today, but still went out to eat dinner, heading to the new Latino Tapas place in Worcester, Mi Reyna. This place used to be a D'Angelo's, which i visited a long time ago. Like before though, There wasn't anyone else in the place the whole time I was there.
I was spoilt for choice, getting many things on the menu, namely the Potato and Peanut Soup (Ecuador, potatoes, tomatoes and peanuts),
the Shrimp Ceviche (coconut and raisins),
the Mofonguito (seasoned fried plantain made with pork filling),
the Stuffed Zucchini (zucchini filled with housemade corn succotash),
and finally the Fresh Fruit Tamale (pineapple, raisins) for dessert.
With the exception of the zucchini, which was nothing special, everything else was pretty unique and excellent, especially the peanut soup and the coconut raisin sauce for the ceviche. Glad this place came to town, and hope it gets more customers in the near future.
