I went with the Pan Seared Scallops (served on pancetta and drizzled with pineapple rum butter sauce) for appetizers,
The Gazpacho for soup,
The Casablanca Braised Beef (slow Braised Beef in a classic spice blend, finished with Chickpeas, black olives and golden raisins, served with couscous and grilled flatbread) for my main course,
And the Tiramisu (freshly made) for dessert.
The soup was excellent, despite having tons of raw Onions, and needles to day I want expecting the presentation it came in as well. The scallops looked a little small in portion, but they were really good because of the sauce. The beef was not bad either, as was the tiramisu.
Overall, a pretty good meal in a small town.
