I decided to try the unique stuff here, getting the Cheese Borek (Phyla dough, feta cheese, fresh mozzarella and parsley), the Beet Dip (Pancar Salata) (Red beets, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic and fresh herbs) and the Liver (Sliced calf liver sauteed with Zem Han house spices). The starters were pretty interesting, a spicy dip made with bulgur wheat.
This blog is to serve as a record of my quest to visit every single town/city in Massachusetts and determine what are the great places to see/restaurants to eat at. Feel free to give me feedback on places that I might have missed out on, especially the great restaurants since I can only eat 3 times a day.

November 14th 2013: A Mediterranean Dinner at Zem Han, Northborough
Today after work, not wanting to travel too far out, I decided to get dinner at a Mediterranean place called Zem Han in the town of Northborough. This place looks pretty upscale, although it was practically empty when I entered.
The cheese borek were disappointing, however, coming out looking like spring rolls, tasting no more than like cheese sticks.
The beet dip was not too bad, thankfully,
as was the liver.
Overall, I would say it was a pretty decent meal. I'll definitely come back to try the main courses some time soon.
