December 17th 2012: Farewell Lunch at 2 Ovens Restaurant, Shrewsbury

Today at work, even though I had already brought lunch, one of my co-op friends was leaving in a few days time, so a few of us decided to have a farewell lunch at the newest pizza place in Shrewsbury, namely 2 Ovens Restaurant, which takes the place of the former India Cafe. After arriving at the pretty nicely decorated pizzeria with 2 larges ovens in the middle,

we decided to share 4 pizzas and the Whipped Feta Dip with garlic flatbread appetizer,

namely the Garlic Mushroom Pizza with fontina, sage and caramelized onions,

the Spicy Pineapple and Prosciutto pizza,

the BBQ Pork Pizza with cheddar, apple and tomato sauce,

and the Margherita Pizza with fresh basil and mozzarella.

Needless to say, this place is definitely good at what it does, with all the pizzas being finished in no time.

Oh well, back to work for the day.
