June 8th 2015: Japanese Dinner at Sawa Asian Bistro, Shrewsbury

After work today, I decided to have dinner at Sawa Asian Bistro, a pretty new and nice Japanese bar restaurant in Shrewsbury.

I went with the Indian Pancake (served with Curry potato chicken dipping sauce),

The Blue Crab Quesadilla (Blue Crab and Cream Cheese better two tortillas served with spicy mayonnaise on the side),

the Pyramid (Spicy tuna, lobster salad and egg omelette with avocado layered with sushi rice and soy sheet, topped with eel sauce and honey sauce),

And the Crunchy White Tuna (White tuna, apple slice, Japanese seaweed, tempura batter, mixed with homemade spicy creamy sauce).

Everything was pretty good, especially the pyramid sushi and the well presented apple tower of sushi.

Glad to have this new addition in the area.
