August 25th 2015: Dinner at Quattro, Hopkinton

I decided to venture out a little further today for dinner,  going to Quattro, a somewhat upscale Italian restaurant in Hopkinton.

I got the Baked Brie en Croute (French brie Baked in puff pastry and complemented with Raspberry coulis and fresh sliced apple wedges)

And the Towering Pork Osso Bucco (bone in slow roasted Pork Shank in traditional sauce,  served over Risotto).
The cheese was absolutely delicious, going well with the apple pieces. The meat was just tender and fall off the bone like, perfected with the sauce and even the risotto.

Really good meal, glad I found this place in Hopkinton today.
