August 2nd 2015: Lunch at New Dong Khanh Restaurant, Boston

I had lunch with my friend today at New Dong Khanh Restaurant in Boston.

Before that, we got Taro and Pineapple Milkshakes

from Eldo Cake House nearby,

which were definitely made with fresh fruit. Really good.
At the restaurant itself, where I have been to in the past for bubble tea, but never for food. We got the Banh Cong (deep fried shrimp bean cake served on bed of vermicelli and lettuce),
the Com Tay Cam (specialty slow cooked rice in clay pot with shrimp, chicken, frog legs, mushrooms and vegetables),
the Pho Tai Bo Vien (Thinly sliced raw beef flank and beef balls)
and the Bot Chien, which reminded me of carrot cake back in Singapore.
Really interesting dishes and tasty too, and of course we could not leave without a Coconut Avocado Milkshake as well.
