April 25th 2013: Lunch at Exchange Street Bistro, Malden

Today, while busy doing food truck stuff, I managed to find some time for a lunch break, using a groupon at Exchange Street Bistro in Malden. This place looks pretty hippy and upscale, and the menu items were pretty interesting.

I decided to go with the Daily Tapas selection, which included sliders and wings,

and the Roasted Chicken Casserole (chicken, mushrooms, carrots, green beans, fresh pasta, cream, crispy shallots).

The tapas were simply excellent, while the casserole was delicious as well, tasting a lot like an alfredo dish, just much better. Definitely a recommend from me.
