October 10th 2012: Exploring Newton Hill, Worcester

Today after work, I decided to explore Newton Hill at the western part of Elm Park in Worcester, on the corner of Pleasant Street and Highland Street where the WWII Memorial is.
The path I took here after parking at the Doherty Memorial High School is shown below in black.
There were so many side trails on the disc golf course that we got a little confused at first.
Thankfully, it was a really small hill, and we got to the top shortly while continually going uphill. There was nothing much at the top though, just a short pole of sorts, with trees all around.
Heading back down, we decided to use my Groupon at Snow's Restaurant in Worcester.  As it turns out, this place used to be a Chinese restaurant, although I can't for the life of me remember what the name was.

We got the Freighter Line Nachos, the Fish and Chips, Buffalo Wings, and Lobster and Crab Ravioli. It wasn't too bad a dinner for the price we paid, and even the 2 of us could not finish everything.

Other than that, the food was pretty typical, things you can get from any typical bar restaurant.
